[NYLoCo] What about an UbuntuBarCamp?

It is n8k99... Mike, our issue centers around sponsorship and location.
We had been focused on something around Syracuse, but have run into
liability and cost concerns.

If there is a way to make this work... lets get going on it... I believe
Utica maybe better being on the train line, though...
