[NYLoCo] LoCo Approval...

Hey ALL
I just submitted our application to Jono for review per the approval
process. Our application is here

missing or out of place let me know.

After examining several other LoCo Team applications, I feel are chances
are good at getting approved. I am just hoping that the Community
Council chooses a sane time for me to present the team. ;)
