[ubuntu-us-nm] Mysterious install error - Ubuntu 10.10

As far as I can tell, after I do a cold re-start, the install acts like 
normal showing the GRUB page first.  I don't receive any error messages 
after I get back to the desktop.

I think this is resolved because it seems to randomly happen to 
others... but I will re-download and re-burn my master before trying again.
