[ubuntu-us-nm] EPC Open Mesh Status Update

Hello Team,

I just put into place a Linksys 16 port 10/100 switch upstairs to replace
the 24 port hub (and my own 5 port switch used for testing).

So, I think this concludes the diagnosis and "fix" for OM2 and OM3.

My next steps are to document how to connect to epc-open-mesh for our
residents and to begin the shutdown process for the old wireless router. It
will still be used as a wired router. It will likely take me about a week to
to this, so I'll attempt to be ready for an update for the team for the
2009-03-24 NM Loco IRC mtg.
