[ubuntu-us-nm] EPC Open Mesh OM2 and OM3

Hello team,

Some good news on the EPC Open Mesh front. A full 24 hours without an
outage. The signal strengths and throughput has improved markedly as well. I
was able to convince a few more EPC residents to give the new mesh network a
try, so we now have a real load on the network.

My next steps are to get an 8 port switch to fully replace the 24 port hub
that was giving us problems and I will try to couple the wires that used the
5 port hub in St Josephs copy/break room. If I can't couple them, I'll just
use a spare 5 port switch I have (this is the one I tested all this with
yesterday). We are rapidly approaching the day when we may shutdown the old
wireless router and just use it as a wired router.

Another note: a few of the residents are seeing speedy throughput of between
300-500 KB/s wirelessly depending on how new their NIC's are. This is what
finally converted some of the others to join in and give the new network a
try.
