[ubuntu-us-nm] EPC Open Mesh Routers all at optimal signal quality once again

Hello all,

We were having a problem with the open-mesh router OM3 located in the EPC
Gallery. It was acting as a repeater rather than a wired gateway, which
meant the SE triangle of the EPC campus was not getting an optimal signal. I
had several frustrating days on this, but have finally narrowed it down to
something being wrong with the cable running from the main router in
Melissa's office (same as Gigi's old office space) to switch 1 located in
Cade's new room (same as computer shop, when NM Loco was here last).

As a temporary fix, I have strung a cable along the floor from Melissa's
office to Cades room and switch 1, so please be careful walking through not
to be tripped up by the blue cable. I will be stringing it thru the attic
ASAP, but it may be a few days and would probably be best to do at night
considering the heat of late.

It is unclear as to what happened to the old cable making this connection.
It worked for quite some time. Who knows, perhaps a rodent gnawed through it
or when QWest was in the attic wiring up St. Joes, they damaged it by
accident. The timing for the latter is about right.

The good news is that we once again have three wired open-mesh router
gateways. This helps the other four repeaters maintain a stronger signal,
which improves the signal quality for everyone at EPC.
