[Ubuntu-US-NM] Got a request to help

I would like to suggest not running the 64 bit version. Move to the 32bit.
The reason is that the 64bit is more of a special usage. Compiling, video
editing, or running boinc services. Many "toy" applications will not be
fully developed for the 64bit platform yet.

With the 32bit the Windows emulator and media tools have been tested more.
