I'm assumming this needs to be CIFS or SMB? Take a look at...

http://sadms.sourceforge.net/

It saves a ton of time and headaches trying to integrate you linux
boxes into a Windows AD. Once you get your box talking to a Windows AD
it's easy to edit the /etc/samba/smb.conf file to setup shares with AD
group or user access...

[foo]
   comment = Foo
   path = /path/to/share
   public = no
   writable = yes
   valid users = @"DOMAINNAME/FooGroup", @"DOMAINNAME/Domain Admins"
   write list  = @"DOMAINNAME/FooGroup",", @"OMAINNAME/Domain Admins"
   admin users = @"DOMAINNAME/Domain Admins"
