[Ubuntu-US-NM] Useful package: editmoin

I found out about this package today.  It allows you to edit moin wiki pages
using a local editor like vim.  

I figured some of you (like Dave) who edit the wiki a lot would find it
useful.

You will need to follow the section on setting your moin ID in order to edit
pages on wiki.ubuntu.com .

Keep in mind that I only just started playing with it.  So ymmv.
