Leif try...

1 - Right-click on a TXT file in Nautilus.
2 - Properties, and put in the command to launch the program you want in
"Open with" (use the Custom command area).
3 - To use win try putting...

"wine /home/yourhomedir/.wine/C/yourapp.exe"

or

"/path/to/wine /home/yourhomedir/.wine/C/yourapp.exe"
