I bet 10 bucks we see a class action lawsuit any day. In Rio Rancho I have 
Cable One I've been preety happy with the service I just upgraded to 5 meg 
download and 500k upload.....speed test show I'm getting that too.

I'm thinking of switching to Qwest.  For all the reasons listed in the
article.  Most esp the bandwidth caps....
