It means, at least what I extrapolate, is that with Samba 4 you will be
able to setup a Linux/Samba Active Directory from scratch or Integrate a
Linux/Samba server into an existing AD. Then if desired DC Promo the
Linux/Samba server(s) and power off the Windows Based AD servers. Sit
back and let the savings begin and watch Microsoft's blood boil.
