Seems to be only limited to the samba packages.  I have two Servers that
I'm upgrading from Feisty to Gutsy and both are chocking only on the
samba packages using the ...

sudo apt-get install update-manager-core

followed by the..

sudo do-release-upgrade

I'm reading that there is something wrong with the samba packages and
working on fixing them.  You may see additional samba updates shortly.
