[Ubuntu-US-NM] Adobe ColdFusion and Linux

Thanks!  But I got it working it was just that Adobe's documentation was
missing several steps specifically related to compiling the CF/Apache
connector.  

Also fyi... Coldfusion comes with "no" Adobe technical support.  That is
unless you want to spend $9,000 for a one year service agreement or $500
for one case.
