[Ubuntu-US-NM] Adobe ColdFusion and Linux

It seems that I've been lucky up to now that I have not had to deal with
ColdFusion.  Let me just say that after spending $1500 for Coldfusion8
the Adobe documentation stinks (I'm being really nice)!  For any of you
that have to deal with CF8 this is the best information that I've found
to get CF8 and Apache to work together.
