<DIV>I am trying to run some server stuff on Ubuntu (coming from Windows where everything & one is admin) and I get this error:</DIV>

<DIV>seteuid FAILED</DIV>
<DIV>Operation not permitted</DIV>

<DIV>I tried nmap -sT -0 localhost and the only services running are on ports 631 & 5900.</DIV>
<DIV>So I'm assuming the program doesn't have permission to bind with the ports.</DIV>
