Generally when installing on new hardware, it's best to just try it and 
find out what doesn't work. I've been pleasantly surprised in recent 
years to find that almost every part of every machine I've played with 
works well out of the box.

A quick search on your model number shows a couple of posters with sound 
issues that may require you to alter some configuration to get working, 
but I would bet that everything else will work with no effort needed.

I would suggest running a live CD or doing an install and let us know if 
something specific doesn't work.
