i'm a PA-er but i like to follow the nj list as well, as some of the
events overlap or are conveniently close to the other group.

what sorts of issues are you having with signing the code of conduct? do
you have a GPG key made yet? i can give you help in private; either mail
me off-list or find me on irc (on Freenode, bts3685)
