On the agenda, all of the top-level items have sub-points with
intergoatories except for the Software Freedom Day (SFD) top-level item;
the SFD top-level item only has a list of facts. Can somebody please add
a list of things we should be discussing to the agenda for SFD?

I'll remove SFD from the agenda if there's nothing to discuss.
