Were you thinking a brochure type thing, simple CD inserts, an "intro to Ubuntu" with screen shots and so forth, or a detailed text-heavy sell outlining the financial and ideological benefits of the software? As usual, my brain is filled with ideas which may or may not be viable (or even legible to those on the list). In short, I can certainly create an attractive document (or two or three) of promotional material for you to use.
