[NH LoCo] leadership of NH LoCo

I cannot in good conscience remain associated with a project managed by a
software patent license peddler (Canonical selling MPEG-LA licenses), so I'm
resigning as a member of the Ubuntu project and stepping down from all
Ubuntu teams I'm currently part of including the NH LoCo.

Neither Nikki or I have lived in NH for some time, so the team is long due
for new leadership even if I were not stepping down.

If there is anyone subscribed to this list who is interested in stepping up
to continue this local community team, please reply and we'll get you
setup.  Note that only Ubuntu LoCos will be receiving free CDs.
