1) Backup Mailing List Moderator
    Duties:  Login in to mailing list manager 1-2 times a week and clean out 
spam.
    Time Needed: 5-10 minutes per login
    Technical Level:  Web interface, anybody can do it. 

2) Backup IRC channel op
    Duties:  Keep a watchful eye on #ubuntu-nebraska.  Change stale topics. 
                  Greet Visitiors
   TIme Needed: Varies.  I usually stay logged in to the channel all the time, 
and look at it 1-2 time a day.
    Technical Level:  comfortable with IRC and typing a few commands in
