[ubuntu-us-nc] Team Meeting

Hi All,

I request that we have a team meeting on IRC tomorrow at 2:00 pm. Yes
this is short notice. If you cannot make it check the IRC logs. One
hour is all it will take. This time does interfere with NASCAR; a
major employer in our fine state. I hope it is late enough in the day
to not interfere with church activities. Other timing conflicts could
be working in retail or on call tech support.

Sunday, July 17, 2011 at 2:00 pm EST.

After this I will do as vivardi magnus and just drop out.

probably shouldn't be reading it.

I see that team contact has been changed on the loco page.

My reasons for this are:
I have held these ownerships for long enough now; more than two years.
I no longer have an interest in these positions.
This is a hobby for me.
I have no interest in being an "ubuntu member"; seems quite clickish to me.

My intention is to hand over all this stuff in accordance with the
Ubuntu Code of Conduct. Which the previous owner did not do.

Now here's my prediction. No one will show up for the IRC meeting. The
team will not be re-approved in 2012. I will tame one of the wild
kittens living under my shed.
