[ubuntu-us-nc] IRC etiquette

Hopefully, in the future you won't feel out of place... It certainly
wasn't anyone's intention to cause that.

My advice, for what it's worth... would be to log in a few minutes
before the meeting next time. So, that we can all chat and you can
feel comfortable. In last week's meeting we had a rather large amount
of items to cover on the agenda and lost time during a meeting is
hard to recover.

It's normal for multiple conversations to occur during IRC, however
during a meeting everything is logged specifically for that meeting
and those logs are posted on the web - so we all try to keep chatter
to a minimum and stay on point as much as possible.

Hopefully, we'll see you on the 19th... and feel free to stop by and
chat at any time.

Daniel
