What: NC Team Loco Meeting

I'd like
to specifically request that anyone interested voice their opinions
regarding changing the occurrence of monthly meetings. We'd like to move
meetings to once a month. If you have any specific objections to this
change, please respond to this email or stop by the IRC Channel.
