This idea was discussed at UDS (Ubuntu Developer Summit). I thought I would
share it with the team as it seems like something anyone who enjoys coffee
shops, free internet, and hanging out with people who enjoy Ubuntu for an
hour might like to do.
Here is the wiki - https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Hour If is sounds like this is
something you would like to do add the location and time to the wiki and
just make the announcement to the list, channel, forum, add it to the team
wiki and/or anywhere else (ie FB, twitter, identi.ca) you can think to
create some buzz and get a once a week, month etc Ubuntu Hour going in your
area.
Here's the Blog Post On Ubuntu User I wrote about it -

If you have any questions please email, reply to the list, or just find me
in #ubuntu-us-nc.
Have fun and I hope you will enjoy 'The Ubuntu Hour."

Just me Amber.
There are lots of Linux users who don't care how the kernel works, but only
want to use it. That is a tribute to how good Linux is.
