[ubuntu-us-nc] Road Map/Approval WIki

Hi all,

I've started a rough outline of the things we need to populate on our Road
Map Wiki which will in turn become attached to our approval wiki.  This page
needs to be populate.  Please take a moment to look at the wiki
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NorthCarolinaTeam/Roadmap  and see if you have
anything that you can add to or if you think another category needs to be
added.

Jeremy Foshee (JFo) has agreed to help me (akgraner) populate this wiki
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NorthCarolinaTeam/Roadmap,  but we need everyone's
help as we are a team standing together in support of the ubuntu project.
:-)  If  you don't want to add it to the wiki yourself then reply to this
thread or pop into the IRC channel (ubuntu-us-nc) and let us know.

Thanks in advance everyone and if we all tackle this together I am certain
we can be an approved LoCo in no time.  :-)
