Regarding the proposed trial/practicum this weekend (07 Feb):
Would it make more sense just to combine the GBJ with the NC group's trial
run?  Especially if Brad is willing to give a presentation on Launchpad and
related matters?

Regarding locations:
The CCC sounds perfect.  Would any of you Triad folks be able to make a trip
to Carrboro?  It's a lot closer than Raleigh.  If not, what obstacles stand
in the way?

Regarding remote coordination:
We could still have at least one person in each location available via IRC
to coordinate, or (depending on the CCC's capabilities) we could conference
w/ remote participants in Asheville, Charlotte, Wilmington, etc.  Or is
there a similar place for mountain and coastal plain people to congregate?

Let everybody know what you think.  Let's try to have a decision finalized
no later than tomorrow (Friday) morning about this weekend's proposed trial
run.
