I've been reading Jono Bacon's _The Art of Community_, and I am very impressed by his method for team formation. I wish I had his book back when I was in college studying for my business degree! It's practically a management degree in paperback. I am also recommending that our next "official" Loco meeting be on January 12th, after the completion of the holidays. I know a lot of folks are out of town right now, or busy with holiday preparations -- let's get those out of the way, and then start out 2011 in style by getting this LoCo back up and running.
