Fred - If you're using a USB keyboard, does plugging and unplugging it make a difference? Is your mouse using a USB, PS/2, serial, or Bluetooth connection? If I hold the on/off switch down it will shut down and I can reboot and it says a system program problem has occured and offers to report it. Now with the keyboard problem when I reboot (or switch users to my regular account) it also says system program problem has occured. I can not report it because that requires me to enter my password. The other thing I've done today shortly before the keyboard symptom appeared was that I set an 92kB image as wallpaper. Any idea what the problem is or how to explore or fix it? Fred -- Fred H.
