I don't know the actual size of the ubuntu-us-mn mailing list, but the
group does seem to be pretty stagnent. The IRC channel only has 5
people on it at the moment and there hasn't been much activity in the
last year and a half since I joined. Unless the Ubunu MN loco group
picks up steam again, it might be of more use to reach out on the 3
active LUG's in Minnesota. TC-LUG (Twin Cities), K-LUG (Rochester) and
NORLUG (Northfield). The NORLUG site has link's to each of the groups -
http://www.norlug.org/resources/
I also reached out on the NORLUG mailing list and no one was
available/interested in participating on the jam night. I think this
time around might be a bust as far as an organized effort, but perhaps
we can jump on it sooner for 15.10 and get a better turn out if we
coordinate it with all 3 LUGs.
<aside> Is that hackerspace your refering to the Rabbit Hole? I've been
wanting to check it out but I rarely make it down to Rochester anymore.
