[ubuntu-us-mn] Newbie-Trouble with Home Directory Mapping

I installed v9.1 server at home a few weeks back. In fact, I installed it several times picking up a few things each time.
I had some "Joining the domain from Windows XP/2K" issues but got them resolved.
I managed to get a few shares set up. But I am not even sure how I accomplished it since I did so many things and I know that I have some security things to resolve yet with them.
I had some issues getting a logon script to run to map some drives but got that fixed as well.

Now my issue pertains to my HOME DIRECTORIES not gettting mapped.
I guess I am not really sure about how it gets mapped. I would like it to be drive H: I logon as "brian".
Do I need to share out the directory /data/brian? I am confused on how this is done. Do I share it from SWAT>SHARES or is it done from the desktop>places>network>file system>home>brian or from the command line? I have 4 other user's homes to create.

Here is the smb.conf file.
