[ubuntu-us-mn] Netflix on Ubuntu

A light install of Windows XP on VirtualBox on Ubuntu on a Core2 Duo
class E2180 @ 3.2 ghz with Intel graphics works pretty well. I don't
think the framerate is quite as smooth as running directly on the
hardware, but it is definitely watchable. CPU usage is not the
issue...the handling of high framerate graphics inside VM is where
smoothness issues arise.

By light install, I mean something along the line of an XP install built
using XPLite/nLite or similar.

That said, even if you do this, there is a chance you'll run into the
Netflix streaming problems that arose around the time when they released
a new player that depends on Silverlight. A quick tap of F5 to refresh
the browser tab/window will restart the player where it stopped playing,
temporarily resolving the problem.
