I think the HP Mini Note may have been Ubuntu, although with their own
interface.  Also, the Dell Mini 9 and Mini 12 are available with
Ubuntu.  Beyond that things like the Asus Eee PC were Xandros, and
some others had Moblin.  Other than the early Asus stuff though, the
vast majority shipped XP, and the reports I've seen have pegged the
price Microsoft charged OEMs for XP on netbooks is about $7 each.
