I don't know if Mint has a page like this, but you should be able to use the
instructions for the Ubuntu CD for burning just about any ISO image to a CD.
You can find those instructions at

If you are doing this from a platform that there are no instructions for,
then you may have to work with people more informed about that platform to
work out the details. As an example, I don't know what the instructions
would be to burn a cd from OpenSolaris, or MS-Dos 6.02. I have no doubt that
it can be done, and if I were using an OpenSolaris box, I could possibly
figure it out, (presumably there is a cdrecord package, and hopefully hooks
higher up into the OS.
