[ubuntu-us-mn] CDs and fliers

I was wondering if there was a schedule, deadline, or even assignment yet
for the creation and release of the Release Party fliers?

Also, have we got a stash of official Ubuntu CDs that we can send out to
amenable stores?  How does that work?  Do we burn and label them, request
them from Canonical?  Have them drop shipped to the stores?
