[ubuntu-us-mi] Launchpad Address changed

As part of our verification process our launchpad address was changed. 
The old address was ubuntu-michigan, which is not compliant with the new 
standard. The new address is:

https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-us-mi

Please let me know if you see anywhere that has the old link and we'll 
do our best to change it.
