[ubuntu-us-mi] 13.04 Release Party

Upgraded my laptop today. Looks decent. Noticed they changed the scroll 
bars. Did run into an issue. It changed my wallpaper to blue stripes. 
When I was going through the wallpapers my desktop was unusable. 
Switched to a console and rebooted. Ran into the same thing changing to 
Ubuntu wallpaper. It took my change on the reboot.
