[ubuntu-us-mi] Locations for Global Bug Jam

Maybe we could start a list of possible places on the ubuntu wiki with
a brief description of amenities, a link to their website, and a link
to a marker on google map.  Then get a head count of how many people
would be able to show up at each place.
