Good question! As I understand it (and I may well be off-base), this
is like a certification that we meet the Ubuntu LoCo standards. It is
our transition from "unofficial LoCo" to "official LoCo". Aside from
that, I'm not exactly sure. If we get approval, does anything change?
If we fail to get approval, does that really change anything either?
