[OMG] [baltolug] Command Line Presentation File

Help!
I have been trying to get ubuntu 12.04 to run on my windows machines. I have made a DVD. All the files seem to be on it but I can't seem to get it to run on the computers I know Wubi isn't working right but my Neither computers with Windows 8.1 Windows or Vista work I cannot get even the demonstration to respond.
