Dell Mini 9 Disk Full Resolved

Thanks to everyone for their responses to my post. Chuck Frain informed 
me that the Mini 9 with the 16 gb ssd drive actually had just a single 
drive that Dell partitioned only the first 4 gb. Chuck was kind enough 
to repartition it for me so that it now uses all available space.
I hope that this may help others with similar issues.
