Greetings All,

For the April 8th meeting of the Columbia Area Linux Users Group we will be
welcoming Celeste Lyn Paul from the KDE Usability Project. She will be
discussing usability and why it is important. We will also learn what to
look for when testing apps for usability with a focus on Amarok in the
examples.

Why Amarok you ask? That is due to the fact that, under Celeste's guidance
and in conjunction with the Ubuntu Maryland Loco Team, we will be performing
an actual Usability test using the Amarok program on April 18th at the
Howard County Miller Library. So be sure to open your schedule to bring
yourself and/or send a friend to us for about half an hour that day to let
us watch you use Amarok.

More details are coming so watch your email!

Our April CALug meeting will take place as normal at the Columbia offices of
Tenable Network Security located at 7063 Columbia Gateway Drive Columbia, MD
21046. Please enter at the patio entrance at the back of the building near
the blue picnic tables. There's also a neat new Tenable sign on the building
to identify us better!
