Ubuntu Membership (and why I hate UTC)

Why I hate UTC is that being on the 4 hour border line the first date for
8pm meetings is always tomorrow and that day gets stuck in my head. I
thought I was going to be sending this notice out with a day's notice rather
than the 9.5 hour notice it is now.
