Three Step plan, Frederick "In the street", meeting locations

I'd like to keep everyone informed of all the updates on the forum. I've
been cranking out a few posts on what was discussed in our last meeting
regarding meeting locations and our new "three step plan" for better
advocating Linux.

There's also a post by aptenix on Frederick's "In the Street" festival where
we could hand out CDs.
