Good luck with your new machine, hope it all goes well. Just a few
corrections for your wiki list which seems a little dated.

Services:

LAMP - Linux, Apache, MySQL or PostgreSQL, Perl/Python or PHP
SSH - openssh-server
FTP - don't, use sftp over ssh.
GUIs - Webmin

Clients:

SSH - openssh-client or nautilus or dolphin or anything really.
