The situation with myself was that I was personally burned. Even then I
invited others to take over and see Ubuntu installed. Just because my
classes got disrupted and I lost faith and trust in Mel over the issues
didn't actually reflect any technical or FOSS issues.
I want to make this clear because some people might think I pulled out
for FOSS reasons when I instead pulled out for personal and trust
reasons related to execution of how the Mac transition was handled and
what promises were broken around that.
I'm slowly building up my own relationship again with Mel, but I still
invite others to jump ahead of me and take the opportunity forwards.
