[ubuntu-us-ma] Following the last LoCo Council Meeting and the un-approval of your team

On July 20th your team was un approved and now we'd like to help get
things back on track.

Firstly, we are going to idle in your IRC channel to be there to help if
anyone has any questions.  What we'd suggest first doing is having an
IRC meeting where we can discuss items to help your team.  A LoCo is
more than one person and you need to get everyone to help where
possible.  We will be using items from

to help guide you for the next few months.
