Well, Martin, I'm not sure how to answer your question "How does it
compare to Ubuntu Manual Project?"

I assume you are referring to this:

When I went to the site, there seemed to just be an outline of an
on-line manual for Ubuntu. None of those links on the site went to
anything. So the question is, I guess, are we talking about the same
thing? Why don't the links work?
