[ubuntu-us-ma] New Event: Installfest / Exploration Ubuntu (Planning)

Ok, Mako says he's too busy to be our sponsor in July. I have a friend who
knows someone else who might be able to sponsor us though, so I'll hopefully
hear back on that in a day or two.
